This was a truly mind blowing experience ... there we were ... all of us, standing there on the Great Wall of China! It was more incredible than my feeble words can describe ... breath-taking is not close! And to top it off we had a hard time finding someone to snap this pic ... we had the wall nearly to ourselves. To think that hundreds of thousands of people built and staffed this monument of inginuity was incredible. What the Monguls must have thought when they saw this thing! WOW is all I can think to say. 

The turtle symbolizes long life. Again, this is at the Ming Tombs 

Check out those Chinese beauties!!! I'm not sure where those red flowers are grown, but man ... they're big!!! I'm not sure how the girls would get around in those outfits! 

Here's the gang in front of our hotel, the Pennisula Palace Hotel in Beijing. We were preparing for a day of fun at the Ming Tombs and at the Great Wall of China.
